We offer a variety of services to suit your needs and budget.
Verbal Consultations - Cost effective and quick, we will walk through your entire house and give our professional assessment on what is necessary to prepare your home for sale. You are welcome to make notes during our verbal assessment. A verbal consultation starts at $150.
Written Consultations - If you are handy and have time to tackle a list, we will give you a written, detailed report included photos that will list all of the things necessary to prepare your house for sale. A written consultation starts at $250 depending on the size of the house.
Payment for Consultations are due upon delivery.
Should you decide to work with us, we will go through the entire property and take photos. An inventory list would be created. We can use both your own furniture and accessories or we can bring our own. We will prepare our bid for the work to be done and once accepted the staging process will begin. Staging fees will vary depending on the need and scope of the project. We can do as much or as little as you like.
We stage vacant and occupied properties as well as "stage to live", which is becoming more popular in the current market.
A 50% deposit is due at time of signing of contract with the remainder due at completion.
If you need additional help organizing your current or new home, we would be glad to help. The organizational fee varies depending on what it entails. Please let us know if you need more information on this service.
Payment for Organization is due upon completion.
